Job Description
Process Sciences Team supports biologics manufacturing in the following areas: Upstream Sciences Downstream Sciences Data Analytics Manufacturing Support Process Validation and Process Solutions
Job Description
- Lead a team of 4060 analysts including group leaders and supervisors in serving our client within Process Sciences
- Lead a team involved in multiple scopes of work across the Process Sciences department including Upstream Sciences Downstream Sciences Data Analytics Manufacturing Support Process Validation and Process Solutions oversight.
- Lead a team of group leaders and trainers in laboratoryScale Cell Culture studies including characterization of cell banks and manufacturing processes
- Develop team members through operational excellence and standardization of processes
- Cultivate teamwork and build continued morale through engaging and hands on leadership.
- Coordinate with a broader scientific team to align on lab activities and process.
- Comply with all GxP standards GHS policies and current written procedures and protocols.
- Work in a fastpaced lab environment.
- Balance multiple projects and tasks prioritize and execute them independently while communicating with all impacted parties.
- Lead teams schedules and train employees in client environment
- Organize technical resources and staff to accomplish client goals within given deadlines
- Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations
- Ensure coverage and maximizes performance through management operating system to gain efficiencies
- Stays current science and technology and consults knowledgeably with clients

Qualifications :
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
- Scientific background with hands on Biologics Process Science experience including Cell Banking Production Purification or related manufacturing technologies
- Strong dynamic leadership skills
- Demonstrate strong client service skills teamwork project management and collaboration
- Strong computer scientific and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team selfmotivation adaptability and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new techniques perform multiple tasks simultaneously keep accurate records follow instructions and comply with company policies
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in chemistry pharmaceutical science or other science related degree concentration or equivalent directlyrelated experience
- 4 years of Process Sciences and or cell banking work
- 4 years of Leadership experience
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information :
Working schedule will be MonFri 8:00am to 5:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer NY are encouraged to apply.
