SAP SD Senior Functional Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst for our SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP SD module functionalities and have relevant experience designing and delivering SAP SD (Order to Cash) solution to meet complex business requirements in ECC and S4/Hana. This role requires the candidates to:

Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise

• Maintain a deep understanding of the SAP SD module including configuration customization best practices and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. FI MM).
• Stay current with SAP advancements new features and industry trends to ensure the department remains at the forefront of technology.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA including its architecture benefits and implementation strategies.
• Possess strong knowledge of distribution processes and their integration with SAP SD.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including business users IT teams PMO and external vendors.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements provide updates and manage expectations.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the SAP SD Team.
• Implement best practices and standards for SAP SD processes documentation and quality assurance.

Qualifications :

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
• Masters degree or relevant certifications in SAP is highly desirable.
• 810 years of relevant experience including indepth knowledge of SAP SD module functionalities including sales order processing pricing billing and credit management.
• Strong time management with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SAP tools and technologies as well as a solid understanding of integration with other SAP modules.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA including its functionalities and business benefits.
