Job Description

  • Carry out audits and trainings in compliance of requirements set in procedures instructions and other necessary documentations.
  • The lead tutor is responsible for coordinating all preparation and post activities for the course to which they are assigned
  • Ensure that all inhouse/public trainings are planned and conducted as per CQI/IRCA Course Control Procedure
  • Assist in developing training materials as well as in marketing and promotional activities.
  • Provide market information to the management team on new market trend and look out for business opportunities
  • Actively refer certification and training business opportunities.
  • Assist in business development as required and to provide specific technical support to expand the Companys capability to offer valued services to customers.
  • Update the Manager on the daytoday activities at periodic intervals.
  • If required to provide technical support and staff training to enhance the service capability of the business.
  • Adhere to relevant internal standards procedures and protocols (e.g. QHSE Integrity Sustainability Professional Conduct etc.)
  • Carry out audits in compliance of requirements set in procedures instructions and other necessary documentations.
  • Ensure that audit dates and duration of audit have been agreed with the client and that audits are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Prepare Audit report in line with GSP and GPP requirements including classification of all/any nonconformities and submit it to the technical coordinator for review process.
  • Coordination with all audit team members to agree a final recommendation consistent with audit findings including classification of all/any nonconformities.
  • Followup of nonconformities or reaudit where necessary to ensure that they are closed out in line with KN procedural requirements using appropriate competent audit team members where necessary.
  • Ensure completion of all assigned work and relevant documentation in accordance with required procedures and standards to fulfil customers expectations.
  • Manage the audit process including planning the audit and making effective use of resources during the audit managing the uncertainty of achieving audit objectives.
  • Organizing and directing the audit team members providing direction and guidance to auditorsintraining
  • Represent the audit team in communications with the person managing the audit programme audit client and auditee and lead the audit team to reach the audit conclusions. Prepare complete and submit the audit report as per established KPI

Qualifications :

  • University degree preferably in Nutrition microbiology food safety or any related subject.
  • Minimum 5 years auditing experience (preferably working for an accredited certification body)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in delivering management system or relevant trainings
  • Knowledge on relevant SGS policies procedures and applicable local regulations
  • Lead auditor qualification for FSSC 22000 FSMS ISO 22000 and HACCP preferably (IRCA and/or RAB/QSA Memberships)  
  • Preferable BRCGS Lead Auditor Qualification.
  • Lead tutor qualification (IRCA or PECB)
