Job Description
- During your thesis you will define test requirements for gear pumps (e.g. what parameters to measure).
- You will select appropriate sensors and data interfaces.
- Furthermore you will develop or program a DAQ system using LabVIEW / NI.
- Validating the system with test runs to ensure accurate and reliable data capture also falls within your area of responsibility.
- Finally you will document results and provide analysis possibly identifying ways to optimize testing or product performance.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelor studies in a technical or scientific field (e.g. Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics or comparable)
- Experience and Knowledge: basic understanding of fluid dynamics hydraulics and mechanical design principles; familiarity with CAD software (e.g. CREO AutoCAD) and simulation tools is a plus
- Personality and Working Practice: you excel at analyzing complex data with attention to detail working in a structured way independently or collaboratively and maintaining a proactive attitude contributing own ideas
- Languages: fluent in English basic in German

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 4 6 months
