We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in North Bay ON. As a Store Team Lead you will play a vital role in helping with the daily operations to ensure the branch objectives are met. You will manage taskrelated work and ensure exceptional customer service is being offered.
What youre responsible for:
- Fostering exceptional customer service standards throughout the branch.
- Promoting and enforcing Environmental/Health and Safety standards.
- Assigning and executing daily tasks to the customer service and production teams.
- Helping with onboarding and training of new employees.
- Opening and closing the branch in conjunction with the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager.
- Possessing strong knowledge of current business practices and Kenny UPull standards.
- Completing administrative tasks including daily cash balances and inventory checks.
- Ensuring branch standards are being met.
- Supporting business changes and relaying change management information to help employees adapt.
Qualifications :

- You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- You have strong leadership skills
- You have a postsecondary education (preferred)
- You have retail and/or automotive experience (preferred)
- You are able to travel to other Kenny UPull locations as required
