JOB SUMMARY:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Basic knowledge of General / Principle Methods of Operation (RPs OH DE SOPMs) Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and instructions. Disassembly functions performed Perform installation of Inserts and Studs (Interface Fit Slip Fit Force Mate) to specified requirements and tolerances. Comprehend and use torque values. Perform installation and bonding of details into parts (Hysol Loctite). Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed properly. Perform rework assignments as required by SME/Supervisor. Utilize and care for a variety of tools. - Assist with and abide by shelf life compliance.
Ensure all DOT Hazards Waste Management and Procedure are followed. Work with EH&S Policies Hazard Communication & Hazardous Materials.
EDUCATION:
Must have a high school diploma an equivalent certificate or a bronze level WorkKeys certification FAA Airframe and Power plant certificate preferred
EXPERIENCE:
06 months aircraft maintenance experience required. Knowledge of aircraft maintenance preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport security badge through the local airport authority if applicable
