Position Summary
We are hiring a fulltime hybrid Administrative Assistant who will also act as our Office Manager. This role supports the CEO and COO by managing calendars emails meetings and general administrative tasks while also ensuring smooth daytoday office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for CEO and COO
- Prepare for run and document EOS meetings
- Track action items and ensure followthrough
- Filter and respond to highvolume inboxes (with judgment on what requires attention)
- Assist with drafting emails memos and correspondence
Communication & Office Presence
- Screen and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Serve as the point of contact for internal office needs and issues
- Greet visitors and ensure the office environment is organized and welcoming
Office Management
- Order and stock office supplies
- Coordinate building/vendor relationships (cleaning security repairs testing etc.)
- Handle mail sorting and deliveries
- Support light HR tasks such as onboarding coordination or event scheduling
Bookkeeping & Administrative Tasks
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and financial tasks
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable backup support
- Light financial reporting and check deposit processing
- Support document filing and digital organization
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant Administrative Assistant or Office Manager
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize independently
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace calendar management tools and accounting software (QuickBooks a plus)
- Trustworthy discreet and capable of handling sensitive information
- Familiarity with EOS/Traction frameworks is a bonus

Work Schedule & Location
Fulltime (approx. 40 hours/week)
Hybrid: 23 days per week required in our Clevelandarea office
Compensation
$25$30/hour depending on experience
