EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree in MIS or Computer Science
- 2 years of relevant industry knowledge and experience
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online Administration
- Teams OneDrive Exchange and Intune Administration
- PowerShell
- Microsoft Power Automate and PowerApps
- PowerBI Reporting
- Basic understanding of the ITIL framework and Textrons ServiceNow environment
- Windows ServerOperating Systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.

JOB SUMMARY
The Infrastructure Analyst provides support maintenance and administrative tasks for Textrons Enterprise SharePoint and Microsoft 365 ecosystems. This individual will also provide training and consultation services to the business stakeholders and users as necessary.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for support patching vulnerability management and all other maintenance and administrative tasks related to the Enterprise SharePoint (onprem) Farm Microsoft 365 Commercial and GCCH environments and associated services.
- Maintain reports that provide visibility into resource utilization cost capacity and other stats.
- Provide training and consultation on best practices for use of SharePoint M365 Apps and business process workflows on PowerApps Power Automate and SharePoint Workflows.
- Plan and execute SharePoint upgrades and migrations.
- Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records including but not limited to personal and compensation information regarding Textron employees.
