The Low Code Platforms practice works as a global organization as part of our client Digital Platforms Group and addresses the rapidly growing demand for Low Code platforms such as ServiceNow Pegasystems the Microsoft Power Platform and others. The team builds crossindustry Lowcode solutions. The team is responsible for both the development of the lowcode applications and the delivery of advisory and implementation services to our client base in accordance with the platform design best practices and in accordance with a defined implementation methodology.
IF YOU ARE/HAVE
Experienced in a similar role with a track record of successfully delivering IT services using the ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices with ITIL certification preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within a service delivery environment.
YOU WANT TO
Take ownership of the finalization of key IT Service Management (ITSM) workshops specifically focusing on the Change Management Problem Management and Major Incident Management processes.
Develop and formalize process documentation aligned with ITIL best practices
Provide expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices guiding clients in optimizing their use of the platform to meet their business objectives.
Construct and maintain a process improvement backlog based on identified gaps feedback and business needs.
Contribute to the design and development of the CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
Support requirements gathering for Discovery and Service Mapping initiatives
