Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive (2pax)
Salary Range: Basic RM2k Comm Allowance
Benefits : Petrol & Outstation Allowance & Medical Claim
EPF/SOCSO/EIS Annual Bonus
Working HoursMonday Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm) Lunch: 12.30pm to 1:30pm / Saturday 8.30am to 12:30pm (1/2 day)

Job Scopes
1. Channel Development and Management: Identify and develop new channels and establish and maintain good relationships with partners. Evaluate and select suitable channels and partners for the company and sign cooperation agreements
with them.
2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand market trends competitor situations and customer needs. Analyze the market situation develop and adjust channel strategies to increase market share.
3. Goal Management: Set targets and monitor the completion of these targets. Provide regular performance evaluations and feedback and make timely adjustments to poorly
performing channels.
4. Communication and Coordination: Act as a bridge between the company and channel partners ensuring smooth information transmission. Handle issues and conflicts in channel cooperation maintaining good cooperative relationships.
5. Risk Management: Assess potential risks in channel cooperation and develop corresponding counter measures.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business or a related field. SPM is acceptable with proven marketing skills and abilities
