Our client is a dynamic digital agency seeking to expand their marketing team with a CRM Coordinator. You will be responsible for planning executing and analysing of marketing campaigns across casino and sports products. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer communication content coordination and datadriven marketing within the fastpaced online gambling industry.
Responsibilities:
- Plan schedule draft and execute CRM campaigns across various channels including email SMS push notifications and onsite messaging.
- Coordinate the creation and timely delivery of CRM assets in collaboration with design and copywriting teams.
- Maintain and update the CRM campaign calendar across both casino and sports verticals.
- Ideate build and manage automated campaigns and customer journeys to support onboarding retention reactivation and VIP engagement.
- Monitor live campaigns resolve any issues and ensure flawless execution.
- Prepare reports and analyse campaign and overall performance to generate actionable insights.
- Ensure all CRM communications adhere to brand guidelines tone of voice and responsible gambling regulations.
- Foster strong working relationships with copywriters designers customer support agents and other marketing stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends emerging tools and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Experience in a relevant CRM / marketing role within iGaming.
- Knowledge of CRM channels and tools (e.g. Optimove Salesforce Adobe Campaign) is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with an understanding of KPIs and campaign performance metrics.
- Basic project and process planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English (fluency in German and/or other languages is a plus).
- A creative mind with extensive sports and casino knowledge.
- Strong conceptual and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proactive cando attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and functions.
