Care Assistant / Support Worker Crawley Area starting rate 13.20ph

About the Role:
- Position: Care Assistant / Support Worker
- Location: Crawley and surrounding areas
- Schedule: Rotabased (Monday to Sunday) we also have parttime weekend and night shifts available
Youll support people with various activities based on their individual goals and personalities not just basic care needs. Full training is provided including opportunities to gain formal qualifications in brain injury and learning disabilities support.
What Were Looking For:
- A positive caring attitude and a sense of humour
- Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential)
- Compassion reliability and the ability to work independently
- A valid driving licence and access to a car for work
- You must have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship at this time)
