Job Description
Are you looking to start or grow your career in the technology and software industry Were hiring Technical Support Agents with fluent English and one of the following languages: Italian Polish Spanish Hungarian or Czech to assist with a project for a leading global software development company.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience or training in IT technologies particularly Cloud Office Outlook OneDrive Exchange SharePoint Lync Server Microsoft Windows
- Critical and logical thinking for effective problemsolving
- Empathy and professionalism when handling customer interactions
