Job Description
Dover Dodge is looking for a Used Car Manager/Desk Manager to join the team!
The goal is to improved dealership profitability through used car operations.

Job Duties include:
- Managing a staff of 15 salespeople with the goals of upper management.
- Inventory management inclusive of appraisals purchases retailing pricing and marketing
- Assist with new car showroom opportunities as needed
- Desking of used and new car deals
- Purchasing preowned vehicles
Job Requirements
- Reynolds and Reynolds Experience
- Honest Dependable and Trustworthy
- Drive for continuous improvement
- Coaching Skills
- AAX VAuto experience Inventory management expertise
- Clean background and drivers license
