About you: In this position you will be responsible for managing the platforms and delivering revenue driving Market share through promotions and visibility across E com platforms. Planning & executing customerwise quarterly plans is a key part of this role. The role also involves significant collaboration with cross functional teams to launch new SKUs and to grow the business.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the sales performance of the ecommerce platform
- Lead specific account(S) of the Group Brands with Ecommerce MT Partners including Swiggy Instamart Blinkit DMart Etc
- Lead the Sales growth and penetration of the categories within the accounts via Promotion Running Campaigns Etc while ensuring data Analysis for proper attribution of spends
- Build and establish relations
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department new product sellthrough and offer code performance
Key Competencies:
- You have prior experience in a similar role. Experience within digital marketing is a plus.
- You have a degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
- You possess a solid understanding of ecommerce frameworks.
- You have a selfstarter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced working environment.
- You have a high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
