What we need YOU to do:
The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency wants you to be our newest program administrator in the Division of Drinking and Ground Waters (DDAGW) at our Central Office in Columbus.
Lets get started.
As DDAGWs program administrator you will organize meetings develop and administer nontechnical programs for the division and prepare confidential documents and correspondence. Youll ensure maintenance and implementation of the divisions inventory control system maintain equipment acquisition records and manage the divisions business and fiscal functions. Youll coordinate the divisions statewide administrative support team by interviewing and hiring administrative professional staff and conducting evaluations.
Youll coordinate and track all divisional hiring and personnel documents including onboarding/offboarding documents and requests to fill vacant positions. Youll assist with formulating position descriptions and evaluating divisional personnel procedures and policies. Working with the office of Human Resources youll serve as a liaison regarding personnel matters.
Additionally youll manage the divisions statewide administrative support team and interview hire and counsel administrative professional staff. Youll also analyze evaluate and develop nontechnical internal policies and procedures.
