This position is responsible for scheduling installation and repair appointments coordinating installation dates and times with customers and automotive repair services. Ensure that customer and service personnel questions are answered on a timely and professional basis. Prioritize and process both inbound calls and email requests in a timely and professional manner.
2 years customer centric general office experience required; Telecom experience preferred
