As a Senior Project Manager in the Markets Post Trade Transformation (MPTT) team you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative solutions. Your focus will be on evaluating operational processes anticipating business needs and ensuring seamless operational readiness. You will be instrumental in delivering a multiyear program aimed at replatforming and enhancing global Derivatives and FX Post Trade processing promoting efficiency control and superior client service. The role will primarily include responsibility for the analysis design testing and implementation of ongoing product enhancements as well as strategic level deliverables across the Derivatives and FX posttrade domain. It affords significant opportunity to collaborate with various Technology Business Operations and Transformation teams. The role is based in Mumbai but responsibilities will be global. Crossregional partnership across Technology Operations and the Business is vital.
Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Focus on the endtoend management of all Transformation activities covering business analysis user acceptance testing parallel & migration tasks as well as ensuring the realization of priority operational outcomes. This will include:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of operational systems and user needs.
- Elicit and documenting detailed requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize requirements based on strategic business objectives.
- Ensure operational readiness and facilitate smooth transitions from development to production.
- Identify document and resolving postimplementation issues and defects.
- Act as a liaison between Operations Technology and Transformation stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience in gathering documenting and analyzing requirements and user stories.
- Proficient in using Atlassian tools (Jira Confluence) and Microsoft 365.
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Ability to create test plans and associated test cases and support users when Testing
- Proficient Task Manager
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and engage with stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Experience in Markets Operations FX or Derivatives Operations.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent experience.
