Job Purpose:
Join our dynamic team in Barcelona as a proactive Pass Through Analyst!
Youll dive into the heart of our operations managing vendor receivables and transferring credit from vendor to customers from our accounts.
As part of our international and inclusive team youll thrive in an environment brimming with opportunity and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and credit transfers.
Handle vendor invoicing for customer marketing activities.
Monitor bot performance and adapt to customer needs.
Proactively resolve aged receivables.
Reconcile P&L monthly.
Review customer credits and assess P&L impact.
Support GL reconciliations and MJE documentation.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Analytical & Numerical skills within a finance environment.
Clear and confident communicator with the ability to communicate financial matters to nonfinance staff.
Time management prioritisation of live issues.
Engage with Business & Vendors with a commercial approach.
Experience in Accounts Receivables or General Finance.
Microsoft Office experience Excel intermediate level and above.
Experience of SAP desired.
