Job Title: Junior Buyer In Person Lawrence MA
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the purchasing team in sourcing and procuring goods and services for our company.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the procurement of goods and services for the company
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and vendors
Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods
Collaborate with other departments to ensure purchasing needs are met
Maintain accurate records of purchases and contracts
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other procurement software
Knowledge of procurement regulations and procedures
