Job Description
Future Tech Enterprise is seeking a detailoriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As the Sales Support Specialist you will work closely with our account team to provide valuable customer support building excellent relationships with our customers sales staff and technology vendors.
This position has responsibilities that include working with a government contractor; therefore U.S. citizenship is required.
This is a fulltime remote role Monday through Friday. While theres some flexibility in start and end times the general workday falls between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM in your local time zone.

JobResponsibilities include:
- Interacting professionally with customers on operational issues projects and contracts handling routine matters with vendors and liaising with internal departments
- Building excellent relationships with Future Techs sales staff our customers and technology vendors
- Working with OEMs and distributors to compile competitively priced IT product quotes
- Preparing quotes proposals special bid pricing and deal registrations
- Communicating with customers to gather requirements/specifications information
- Appropriately escalating critical issues and providing timely updates to customers and management
- At least one year ofbusinesstobusiness account/service or related experience
- Solid problemsolving acumen and skill
- Selfdriven motivated and extremely detailoriented
- Strong organizational and PC skills
- Must excel in a fastpaced environment focused on driving customer satisfaction
- Solid communication skills written and verbal
- Must be wellversed in MS Excel and other Office applications.
- Ability to work remotely
- ERP or SAP experience
- An understanding and knowledge of servers storage basic networking and computers will be a plus.
- Knowledge of IT OEM and distribution channels is also a plus but not required.
