Job Description
Seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to drive customer success in Generative AI
- Design deploy optimize cloudnative infrastructure while engaging with customers to solve complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with technical and non technical customers and define proofofconcept solutions.
- Design and architect GPUbased solutions on Kubernetes (EKS GKE AKS).
- Collaborate in architectural discussions and define cloudnative solution
- Help deploy the infrastructure
- Create technical content including blog posts sample code and solution guides to assist clients in resolving technical challenges.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver customer feedback and guide product enhancements.
- Troubleshooting and problemsolving
Qualifications:
- 5 years in application and infrastructure design implementation or consulting.
- 5 years supporting external customers
Handson experience with
- Kubernetes (EKS GKE AKS)
- Cloudnative multicloud and hybrid architectures
- Shell Bash
- Go or Python
- IaC (Terraform Helm)
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
Experience with
- GPU based AI orchestration
- GPU hardware
- Cloudbased delivery
- Familiarity with MLOps platforms (Kubeflow or similar) and best practices for AI/ML deployment in production environments.
- Bonus: Active participation in Kubernetes or Cloud Native opensource communities.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
