Your mission
In this role you will drive and own the endtoend user documentation creation process for featured UiPath products while working side by side with our software engineers product managers QAs and of course the Documentation team.
What youll do at UiPath
Develop and maintain product documentation in compliance with quality standards and agreedupon deadlines
Manage author and edit online help documentation
Leverage internal resources to plan create and revise documentation standards systems and content
Identify and evaluate the need for new and revised content through internal and external research
Produce enduser documentation based on peer reviews use cases technical specifications and functional data
Partner through effective collaboration with key stakeholders such as product managers software engineers and quality assurance professionals crossgeographies
What youll bring to the team
4 years of technical writing experience in a software development environment
Experience working with dedicated authoring tools such as FrameMaker RoboHelp Tridion Docs etc.
Experience using DITA is considered a plus
Excellent command of the English language including exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong understanding of grammar syntax and vocabulary
Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and technical information in a clear concise and articulate manner with a high level of proficiency in editing and proofreading
Experience working with content in multiple mediums
Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough and comprehensive research leveraging multiple sources and to synthesize complex information addressing a wider audience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including peers clients partners and corporate executives
