About the role
Were looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer to drive quality and automation across our Digital and Identity platforms. Youll lead the integration of automated testing within CI/CD pipelines ensuring robust secure and scalable solutions. Working across the full SDLC youll design and maintain test frameworks guide best practices and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver highassurance outcomes. Youll also mentor and guide peers and influence the overall software engineering operations.
What youll do
- Lead and execute testing strategies process improvements and standards for deliverables
- Ensure that the relevant levels and types of testing needed to produce quality software are executed and planned into the delivery lifecycle
- Build quality automation and security into CI/CD pipelines through robust test frameworks
- Work with the team to deliver automated and manual tests to meet delivery milestones
- Provide thought leadership in QA practices and continuously drive improvements
- Coach junior Test Engineer team members
What youll bring
- 5 years experience in a test engineer or test lead role
- Good knowledge of various programming/scripting languages (e.g. Java JavaScript Groovy Python)
- Experience in API automation
- Previous experience in either Cypress Playwright Selenium or Aplitool
- Demonstrated support of high availability production systems
- Understanding in all types of testing (eg. functional system integration regression)
- Experience in mentoring junior Software Test Engineers
