What do I need
- CustomerCentric Mindset: Youll need a knack for understanding and prioritizing customer needs ensuring their experiences are at the forefront of our product development.
- Curiosity and Learning: A genuine curiosity and experience in realtime payments and the evolving landscape of Domestic Payments. Youll be expected to stay informed and adapt quickly.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills are essential. Youll work closely with various teams across the business including frontline distribution project and support teams to drive product success.
- Industry Insight: Knowledge of industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies. Youll have experience in providing valuable insights into customer behaviour and market conditions to deliver on product innovations.
- Proactive Risk Management: A proactive approach to managing risks and improving products. Youll champion key risk behaviours maintain an endtoend ownership mindset and continuously monitor product performance adoption and customer feedback to iterate and improve.
