JOB SUMMARY
Join Textrons dynamic Service Integration & Management Team (SIAM) and play a pivotal role in orchestrating a seamless IT service experience. Youll be the linchpin connecting our Service Desk with global thirdparty and internal service providers ensuring Textrons IT services are delivered reliably and cohesively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and refine Textrons incident change problem and knowledge management processes.
- Take charge during major incidents coordinating with technical teams and leading communication bridges.
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow team to shape service catalog policies and define service packages.
- Champion and enforce Textrons Change Management process and policies.
- Seek out and implement improvements to enhance the Textron Change process and user experience.
- Document and promote Textrons services overseeing governance of thirdparty infrastructure service providers.
- Work across various functions to support and drive key initiatives.
- Be prepared for a flexible work schedule including oncall support as needed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- BS/BA in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or related field
- Prior internship experience in a related field is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes is desirable with ITIL Certifications being a plus.
- Handson experience with ITIL processes within ServiceNow is highly valued.

- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Resilience and composure under highpressure situations.
- A selfstarter with a high level of selfmotivation and direction.
- Agile in adapting to new technologies and applying them to business needs.
- Availability for night and weekend shifts.
