Job Description
About this role:
Textron Systems is looking for an Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Representative. This person will be a member of the Quality/Calibration Team. Thisteam member is responsible for providing outstanding support to the staff while delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism to our internal and external customers. The ISC Rep will complete a variety of tasks to ensure that the Calibration Lab operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Job Duties:
(Administrative duties including but not limited to)
- Processing equipment/assets received in the Calibration Lab using a webbased database application (MET/TEAM)
- Communicating with internal and external customers for information and followup questions concerning calibration work orders
- Supporting team members with administrative activities
- Supporting customers expedite requests
- Assist with the external vendor equipment return and outgoing for processing
- Provide direct service support for internal customers
- Updating procedures and work instructions
- Assist with internal and external audits
Required Skills:
- Able to independently determine approaches to solutions with only general direction
- Ability to work with outside suppliers as well as internal customers
- Experience with the Microsoft products; Word Excell Explorer etc.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Resultsdriven with focus on delivering customer satisfaction
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent organizational verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain security clearance.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Solumina and ARMS
- Previous experience with a calibration lab
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY:
Climbing Balancing Stooping Kneeling Crouching Crawling Reaching Standing Walking Pushing Pulling Lifting Fingering Grasping Feeling Talking Hearing andRepetitive Motions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position will be exerting up to80pounds of force occasionally and/or40pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Visual requirements is the minimum standard for those whose work deals largely with visual inspection involving small defects small parts computer terminal and using measuring devices.
Individuals may be excluded from positions where duties or tasks pose a direct threat or significant risk to the health and safety of themselves or other employees.
