EntryLevel Panel Associate Join Our Team!
Market research drives innovation strategy and solutions. At Spherix Global Insights we partner with the worlds leading pharmaceutical companies to help them understand the current healthcare landscape and chart a course for future growth.Were looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Panel Associate. In this role youll not only recruit physicians and other healthcare professionals (HCPs) to participate in our market research studies youll also help identify and test creative outreach strategies to connect with hardtoreach audiences. From LinkedIn and Facebook to conferences proprietary white papers and beyond youll explore novel ways to build and sustain our growing panel. Your outreach will help gather insights from experts in neurology ophthalmology nephrology hematology dermatology gastroenterology and rheumatology.
What Youll Do:
Recruitment Retention & Innovation
- Proactively recruit physicians and other HCPs to participate in paid market research studies
- Recommend and implement new strategies to attract engage and retain panelists especially hardtoreach specialists
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate panel performance and identify areas for creative improvement
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to improve panelbuilding practices
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with our provider community
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective fielding of each study
- Define project scope goals and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Act as the main point of contact for production
- Prepare and deliver clear concise project updates
- Help inform Insights expectations
- Maintain and update provider contact records and manage participant payments
- Monitor expenses and ensure project remains within financial scope
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
- Monitor and resolve project issues as they arise
- Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards
- Conduct reviews testing and user acceptance as needed
- Review openended responses
- Track project KPIs and performance metrics
- Deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel.
- Strong time management and organizational skills youll need to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Great attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Clear and effective communication both written and verbal.
- A team player with a cando attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in a customerfacing role or using survey software is a plus but not required.
- Curiosity and a proactive mindset youre not just completing tasks; youre thinking about how to do them better
