Description
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for setup and commission structure and payment of rep companies month end close setup and maintaining of vendors Concur expense setup and reporting Company credit card setup and processing and customer setup and pricing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain setup of rep companies and commission structure process monthly reports and payments and rep maintenance
- Perform month end close duties
- Setup and maintaining of vendors in SAP
- Maintain Concur expense reporting and postings
- Reconcile and process company credit card payments
- Calculating and maintaining customer setup and pricing
- Participation in education programs as needed
- Perform housekeeping duties and observe attendance policies
- Coordinate daily tasks with other Team members
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
- Observes company policies related to dress PPE appearance attendance employment safety etc.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- AAS degree in finance or accounting or other function or related experience
- BS Accounting degree a plus
- Ethical conduct problem solving/analysis working with a team

- Selfmotivated and make good clear decisions on own and ability to accept change
- Open mindedness clear communication on phone and computer
- Good interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with many diverse personalities in challenging situations while presenting a courteous professional demeanor.

PHYSCIAL DEMANDS:
Required to talk and hear sit specific vision abilities are required; specifically the ability to use a computer screen for an extensive part of the day. Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments.
