Knowledge & Experience
- Proven experience and success with LAN WAN WLAN and Network Architectural design monitoring and implementation.
- Proven experience working with a Manage Service Provider for WAN WLAN and LAN support and design. Which includes but not limited to Switches routers Wireless Access Points and Firewalls.
- Proven experience with network capacity planning network security principles and general network management best practices.
- Excellent hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Competence with testing tools and procedures for WAN circuits.
- Good understanding of the organizations goals and objectives.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
- Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
- Able to lead vendors and multiple groups through troubleshooting activities.
- Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required.
- Ability to present ideas in userfriendly language.
- Highly selfmotivated and directed with keen attention to detail.
- Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a highpressure environment.

Formal Education & Certification
- The Network Engineer will have a bachelors degree or 4 years of related work experience
- Or Career Certifications current or expired with Cisco or other vendors.

Job Description:
The Network Analysts role is to ensure the stability and integrity of Network Services which includes WAN LAN WLAN Technical Project Management and MSP Vendor Management. This is achieved by planning designing and developing local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) across the multiple Business Units. In addition the Network Analyst will participate with the installation monitoring maintenance support and optimization of all network services software and communication links. This individual will also analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion and be the SME for Enterprise Network Projects.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate near and longterm network capacity needs.
- Work with a Manage Service Providers (MSP) in supporting designing troubleshooting and other required services support activities.
- Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration network mapping processes and service records.
- Develop implement and maintain policies procedures and associated training plans for network administration usage and disaster recovery.
- Lead in the creation design standard settings and implementation of leveraged Network Services by any MSP.
Architecture Oversight
- Work with MSPs in design and deployment of leveraged LANs WANs and wireless networks routers switches UPS and other network services hardware.
- Conduct research on network products services protocols and standards to remain abreast of developments in the networking industry.
- Provide oversight of new and existing equipment hardware and software upgrades.
- Interact and negotiate with vendors outsourcers and contractors to secure network products and services.
- Manage network Lifecyle standards through our MSPs.
Operational Management
- Support network operations through MSPs to ensure a smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling company objectives and processes.
- Be the Technical Project Manager working with MSP to design implement and support Enterprise solutions.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
- Oversee installation configuration maintenance and troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Oversee network asset management including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.
- Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports.
- Participate in managing and maintaining network security solutions.
- Perform Network security audits and network system backups and recovery.
