Position Overview

Trail Life USA is seeking an exceptional Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead and unify our growthfocused departments:


Sales Marketing Ecommerce Communications Branding Creative and Donor Relations

This role is less about being a specialist in one area and more about being a leader of peoplea coach a connector and a catalyst for collaboration. It involves the management inspiration and maintenance of a team of unicorns who are already established and successful in their roles. The CGO will bring these valuable personnel together under a common vision driving synergy accountability and missionfocused execution so that the collective becomes greater than the sum of the parts.



Key Responsibilities
  • Align and Unify Departments
    Lead the growthrelated teams in building and executing a cohesive strategy that advances Trail Lifes mission and outreach.

  • Foster CrossFunctional Collaboration
    Break down silos encourage knowledge sharing and ensure that departmental goals align and support one another.

  • Coach and Develop Leaders
    Equip departmental heads to grow in skill ownership and alignment. Build strong highperforming teams with a shared purpose.

  • Establish Accountability Systems
    Set clear expectations measurable goals and processes for tracking progress and results.

  • Implement Strategic Vision
    Translate organizational goals into practical plans and priorities in partnership with the COO and CSuite.

  • Monitor and Optimize Performance
    Use data and insights to drive effectiveness adjust strategies and ensure maximum impact.

  • Bonus Experience (not required):
    Background in sales marketing ecommerce branding communications or donor relations is helpful in order to instill confidence in those you direct

Compensation
  • $100k $115k BOE
