Engineer II

* Candidate needs to have Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Industrial engineering.
* Candidate should possess 4 6 years of relevant experience.
* Candidate needs to have solid understanding of Quality processes manufacturing methods engineering drawings and
BOMs.
* Prior experience with conducting internal or external audits would be preferred.
* Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO9001 Standards would be preferred.
* Familiarity with the use of tools such as PFMEA 6 Sigma Lean Principles and statistical techniques would be
preferred.
* Excellent written verbal communications skills and interpersonal skills are essential to communicate with domestic and
foreign counterparts.
* Candidate should possess good understanding of concepts and practical approach to problem solving.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and optimize Quality Plans Quality Assurance documents and Inspection Plans for parts and assemblies.
* Gather and analyze performance data (scrap rejections defects rework) to aid in the development of process
improvement projects.
* As needed coordinate across other production and functional areas to ensure maximum quality and efficiencies are
achieved.
* Assist in conducting audits in production or functional areas or within the supply base (external suppliers).
* Assist in accomplishing the required corrective action.
* Prepare periodic activity and status reports. Perform assignments as required by management.
* Review data prepare presentations write reports as needed.
