Whats the role
Youll be diving into an exciting pioneering digital transformation initiative at Westpacs Institutional Bank. This permanent role can be based either in Sydney or Melbourne with partial workfromhome flexibility. Youll be part of the Global Transaction Services (GTS) team working on a groundbreaking platform that digitizes the working capital cycle and delivers realtime corporate treasury solutions. Imagine faster payments realtime liquidity optimization and seamless digital experiences for our institutional customers. Your mission To help shape the future of digital banking for large corporate and institutional clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a transformation program which is a critical pillar of Westpacs Institutional Bank.
What do I need
To be successful you will have the following:
- Transaction Banking experience: You will bring deep knowledge and experience of deposit and cash management products digital corporate banking channels with a proven track record of delivering successful initiatives within the Transaction Banking space and can leverage this expertise to drive innovative solutions.
- Expertise in Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile practices including backlog management user story refinement and sprint planning ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
- Proven Technology Delivery Skills: Demonstrated experience in endtoend technology delivery from initial design through to build test and implementation ensuring highquality outcomes.
- Exceptional Facilitation and Elicitation Skills: Strong ability to conduct workshops elicit critical insights and document requirements user stories and acceptance criteria fostering clear communication and collaboration.
- Independent Time Management and Collaborative Skills: Ability to manage your own time effectively while working independently and to collaborate seamlessly within an Agile framework to meet project objectives.
