Your New Role...

Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a People & Culture Senior Advisor to support our EMEAbased technology group within the streaming organization. The Senior Advisor will play a key role locally supporting the streaming technology engineering team managing projects leveraging data & analytics to drive informed decisionmaking and provide overall support to the broader P&C team no matter global local or based in a Center of Excellence (CoE).

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • P&C support to the local streaming tech organization.
  • First point of contact for all P&C streaming tech initiatives across EMEA including coordinating with local P&C.
  • Local point of contact for recruitments incl hiring process VISA applications onboarding etc.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional and global teams to ensure seamless partnership and implementation of streamlined processes and large P&C initiatives.
  • Assist in the planning execution and monitoring of P&C projects ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collect analyze and interpret HR data to provide insights on employee performance retention and engagement.
  • Handle routine inquiries regarding P&C policies procedures and benefits.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership highlight trends and actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate project timelines resources and stakeholder communication to ensure timely completion of initiatives such as Compensation planning Promotions Annual Rewards etc.
  • Managing union or worker council negotiations on the ground (Sweden or the Netherlands)
  • Develop strong working relationships with all P&C specialist functions to provide seamless HR support and guidance to the business including Staffing Learning & Development HRIS Compensation & Benefits.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within P&C operations and data management.
  • Maintain a positive work environment through effective P&C and employee practices.


Qualifications & Experience...

  • Previous practical work experience on a HR team
  • Knowledge of the local market labor laws and regulations
  • Experience in working on a global team and preferably also from a tech organisation
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office specifically MS Excel and HRIS systems (Workday)
  • Experience in working with a culturally diverse workforce
  • Solid analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive projects from inception to completion
