Are you passionate about helping others and making a real difference An exciting opportunity is available to join our team at Bracken House in Dubbo as an Administration Assistant.
This frontline role is essential to the smooth daily operation of our facility where youll provide vital support to residents staff and visitors. Youll also deliver highlevel administrative assistance to the Facility Manager.
To thrive in this role you will bring a compassionate caring attitude and a strong customer service mindset. Youll be highly organised selfmotivated and confident in managing varied administrative duties with professionalism and warmth.
Key Requirements:
A naturally caring and supportive nature
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and database management
A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong interpersonal skills to engage positively with staff and residents
Understanding of confidentiality and managing private information
Flexibility to perform ad hoc duties as needed
