Job Description
Job Title: Acquisitions Manager Real Estate Investment
Location: Remote
Schedule: Fulltime 9:30 AM 6:00 PM Eastern Time
Monthly Salary: $1500 $2000 USD
Industry: Wholesale Real Estate FixandFlip New Construction
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Acquisitions Manager to join our dynamic real estate investment team. This role is ideal for someone with a salesdriven mindset and strong communication skills capable of identifying evaluating and negotiating property acquisitions. Prior real estate experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Source evaluate and negotiate the purchase of offmarket and onmarket properties
- Build rapport with sellers and agents to facilitate smooth transactions
- Analyze property value and repair costs to make competitive offers
- Collaborate with the lead manager and operations team to ensure accurate deal flow
- Track leads appointments and contracts in CRM systems
- Maintain a professional persuasive and confident approach throughout the acquisition process
Qualifications:
- Native or nearnative English fluency
- Proven sales experience (real estate a plus)
- Strong negotiation listening and interpersonal skills
- Highly adaptable and disciplined in following processes
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Experience with CRM or lead management tools preferred
