Location: 222 Jarvis Street Toronto Ontario (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)
Start Date: June 2 2025
End Date: November 28 2025
Extension Term: Up to 2 times 55 days each
Work Allocation: 100%
Security Clearance: No clearance required
Bill Rate: 120 CAD/hr
Role Summary:
The IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist Senior will be responsible for analyzing developing and evaluating enterprisewide modernization strategies. The role involves recommending technology policies standards and frameworks that support standardized solution development and unify technology stacks using a modular/composable architecture.
Key Responsibilities:-
Analyze and develop modernization strategies and provide recommendations on enterprisewide technology policies and standards.

Develop and enforce solution development frameworks and best practices.

Identify and recommend enterprise platforms and technology stacks leveraging modular/composable architectures.

Define and implement enterprise architecture (EA) strategies across all TSA layers (infrastructure applications integrations security).

Establish governance processes to ensure compliance with standards and define KPIs/metrics for monitoring.

Streamline application landscapes to reduce redundancy and optimize performance.
-
Operationalize business strategies through system and data alignment.
-
Proven experience in enterprise architecture development and standardization.

Expertise in application and technology architecture including cloud AI ML LLM RAG.

Experience with modular architecture including microservices and APIs.

Strong strategic thinking aligned with technology and business goals.

Familiarity with multiple technologies including:

.NET C# JavaScript HTML CSS

Cloud platforms and DevOps (CI/CD storage APIs security networking etc.)

Application program interface (API) management and network/security systems.

Knowledge of modern IT ecosystems and integration strategies.

Strong communication and facilitation skills to lead technical and strategic discussions.

Experience in building relationships with stakeholders and external vendors.

Ability to present technical concepts to nontechnical audiences including executives (COOs/CIOs).

Skilled in creating and delivering presentations/workshops for diverse audiences.
-
Effective negotiation persuasion and problemsolving skills.

Experience in stakeholder engagement including briefing notes and conducting/facilitating meetings.

Experience in project management.

Demonstrated ability to align IT strategy with business transformation goals.

Ability to assess technology risk and propose mitigations.

Track record of developing KPIs for compliance and effectiveness of standards.
