Job Title: IT Sales Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable IT Sales Manager to promote and sell our IT solutions. In this role your duties will include familiarizing yourself with the technical specifications of our products assessing clients' IT needs and demonstrating solutions to potential clients.
To succeed in this role you should have strong sales experience within an IT solutions environment and a deep understanding of current industry trends. Your expertise should translate into increased business growth and client satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement & Needs Assessment
- Speak with clients in person over the phone or virtually to understand their specific business requirements.
- Analyze client systems workflows and pain points to identify tailored solution opportunities.
2. Solution Development & Technical Advisory
- Collaborate with technical/HR teams to design and present customized IT solutions.
- Provide expert advice on the use installation and benefits of computer systems software and networks.
- Recommend features relevant to various business domains such as finance manufacturing or logistics.
3. Sales Development & Lead Generation
- Conduct coldcalling outbound reach and courtesy followups to generate new business.
- Network attend events and leverage client referrals to identify and pursue new leads.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to promote upgrades and additional services.
4. Proposal & Presentation
- Create persuasive detailed proposals clearly outlining solutions benefits costs and implementationtimelines.
- Deliver compelling demos and presentations tailored to specific client needs.
5. Product & Market Expertise
- Develop indepth knowledge of company products services and technical specifications.
- Stay abreast of evolving software hardware and IT industry trends to provide relevant advice to clients.
- Prepare marketing and sales literature and represent the company at trade shows or industry events.
6. Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Negotiate contracts pricing and service agreements to secure successful deal closures.
- Work closely with legal and administrative teams to finalize contract terms.
7. Postsales Support & Relationship Management
- Facilitate handover to implementation teams and ensure seamless delivery.
- Address postsale issues manage client expectations and maintain satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot problems in collaboration with technical support teams as needed.
8. Sales Planning & Reporting
- Use sales methodologies to develop effective sales plans and meet individual and team targets.
- Respond to tenders prepare proposals and reports and manage related documentation.
- Prioritize and organize workload to align with daily weekly and longterm goals.
9. Team Collaboration & Communication
- Participate in regular team meetings share updates and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism teamwork and client service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- 710 years of experience in IT sales or solution selling.
- Strong command of IT infrastructure managed services and emerging technologies.
- Proven ability to understand and explain complex technical products to nontechnical audiences.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
