Job Description
A wellregarded healthcare facility located just west of Missoula Montana is actively seeking a Chief Nursing Officer for a 13week contract with strong potential for extension.
Chief Nursing Officer Pay:
- $85.00 / Hourly
- Weekly direct deposits
Chief Nursing Officer Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP / Flexible
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: Monday Friday Day Shift

Chief Nursing Officer Responsibilities:
- The Chief Nursing Officer will partner with the staff and leadership teams to optimize care coordination patient flow and quality initiatives
- Foster a culture of respect compassion and professionalism across all levels of communication
- Manage nursing department budgets and authorize expenditures related to staffing and operations
Chief Nursing Officer Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Montana or a Compact State
- Background in Med/Surg Emergency or a related specialty
- Minimum of 2 years in nursing leadership or management
