Job Description
This role is an inoffice environment fulltime for at least the first several months in a beautiful wellappointed office in Old Town Pasadena near public transit. Hybrid schedule is available upon satisfactory performance and agreement.
- Reviewing and analyzing draw and inspection report documentation to determine if the requested proceeds are appropriate with observed onsite improvements and industry customs
- Gathering additional information by asking questions taking notes during conversations with construction professionals and project managers
- Summarizing their findings from conversations and sitevisits and completing thorough wellwritten site inspection reports
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in construction preferably someone who has experience with both construction accounting and working onsite/in the field
- Knowledge of basic construction principles vocabulary and stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills and is comfortable speaking professionally with construction project managers over the phone & via text message
- Computer literate; adaptable and able to learn our clients construction finance software and additional software as required
