We are seeking a dedicated MES Support Specialist to provide 24/7 shop floor support including nights and weekends. This role is critical in supporting MES (Manufacturing Execution System) operators resolving incidents in real-time and ensuring uninterrupted production operations.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated MES Support Specialist to provide 24/7 shop floor support including nights and weekends. This role is critical in supporting MES (Manufacturing Execution System) operators resolving incidents in real-time and ensuring uninterrupted production operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time support to MES operators on the shop floor across all shifts including night and weekend rotations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to MES systems promptly.
- Document issues and escalate to Tier 2 or Engineering teams as needed.
- Maintain strong communication with production teams to minimize downtime.
- Follow GMP safety and compliance procedures.
- Experience with MES systems in a manufacturing or pharma environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including overnight and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
