Profile Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in video editing and content creation.
- Software Proficiency: Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
- Technical Expertise: Understanding of video compression formats and postproduction workflows.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with teams.
- Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with best practices for video content on various social platforms.
- Open to progressing to a full time role in the future.
Core responsibilities:
- Video Editing & Production: Edit highquality videos for marketing social media and promotional campaigns
- .
- Content Creation: Develop engaging visual content including shortform and longform videos animations and motion graphics.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all video and graphic content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Social Media Adaptation: Optimize video content for various platforms such as Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Lead Generation Support: Create video content to support outbound prospecting efforts including explainer videos and product/service showcases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing sales and design teams to develop content strategies.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
