Were looking for proactive and detail-oriented Italian-speaking Content Moderators to join our dynamic team. If you have excellent attention to detail strong analytical skills and want to work in one of Europes most vibrant cities this is your chance.
Location: Lisbon Portugal (On-site)

Compensation: Up to 27000/year total package
Responsibilities:
Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines
Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail during audits
Identify and escalate potential risks or violations quickly
Provide feedback to improve content policies and workflows
Requirements:
Proficiency in Italian (B2 spoken & written)
Good command of English for internal communication
Ability to work in a 24/7 shift pattern (including nights & weekends)
Strong analytical skills and keen eye for detail
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive Salary: 985/month 14 payments annually
Signing Bonus: 3940
Language Bonus: Up to 400/month for C2 level Italian
Daily Meal Allowance: 7.23/day (worth 167/month)
Annual Benefit Fund: 575/year

Night Shift Premium: 25% extra pay for night shifts
