We are looking for a customeroriented experienced and motivated Technical Service Representative to join our Clients growing team! If you love helping people and are customercentric we want to meet you! As a Technical Service Representative you must be able to put yourself in the customers shoes and remain helpful patient positive and cheerful. Your job among other things is to troubleshoot the customers problems and solve them promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose & troubleshoot software & hardware issues that the clients have.
- Provide support to customers by answering their questions providing instructions and resolving their problems
- Document problems that you troubleshoot and the solutions implemented.
- Remain up to date on the latest technology in order to troubleshoot problems effectively and provide customer support
