We are an international air conditioning enterprise which has integrated R&D manufacturing marketing and services dedicated to producing groundbreaking products and a comprehensive range of air conditioning solutions.

Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled Commercial Air Conditioning Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales excellent market knowledge of the air conditioning industry and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the commercial air conditioning sector.
  • Identify and engage potential clients including developers contractors consultants and facility managers.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts to ensure longterm partnerships.
  • Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market opportunities.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial air conditioning sales.
  • Strong network within the HVAC construction and real estate sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies for highvalue projects.
  • A resultsdriven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor s degree.
