Job Summary:
We seek a highly skilled Commercial Air Conditioning Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales excellent market knowledge of the air conditioning industry and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the commercial air conditioning sector.
- Identify and engage potential clients including developers contractors consultants and facility managers.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts to ensure longterm partnerships.
- Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial air conditioning sales.
- Strong network within the HVAC construction and real estate sectors.
- Excellent negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies for highvalue projects.
- A resultsdriven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor s degree.
