Job Title: Observability - Technical Product Manager
Location: Hybrid (2-Days Onsite/week) in Fort Worth TX 76195
Duration: 9-12 Months Contract (Possible full-time conversion)

Job Description:-
Technical Product Manager with expert-level experience in observability engineering with a strong background in technology particularly in observability tools data analysis and networking. This includes a deep understanding of network fundamentals communication within on-premises environments historical locations and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure as well as hybrid setups. Expert-level knowledge of network security and monitoring is essential and experience in observability within a financial setting is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Guide the observability strategy and roadmap focusing on network monitoring principles and security. Design implement and oversee observability operations to ensure comprehensive network visibility.
Program Management: Define observability vision roadmap and specifications. Prioritize monitoring features based on business value and customer impact to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with network engineers system administrators developers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration throughout the observability lifecycle.
Data Analysis: Analyze network performance metrics and user behavior to inform observability decisions prioritize monitoring features and measure impact.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough research on market trends competitor observability solutions and user feedback to identify opportunities and inform observability strategy.
Communication and Leadership: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders build consensus and lead the observability process with a focus on delivering high-quality results utilizing strong consulting-level soft skills.
Problem-Solving: Identify and solve technical challenges and roadblocks in network observability ensuring a smooth and efficient monitoring process.
Roadmap Development: Create and manage comprehensive observability roadmaps ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure observability solutions meet quality standards and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and analyze network observability performance identifying areas for improvement and iteration to enhance monitoring offerings.
Tools & Technologies: Experience with AI technologies is a plus.
