Job Description

Job Title: Organizational Change Manager
Job Location:
San Jose CA
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

  • Define and execute end-to-end change management plans aligned with business change impact and recommend appropriate engagement strategies.
  • Deliver on all change areas: stakeholder engagement impact assessment readiness communications training and & Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Develop strong relationships with executive sponsors program teams and functional with business and IT teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across functions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders Field Readiness Enablement and BCM teams.
  • Create and manage communications across various levels using diverse formats (email PPT video infographics).Assess training needs and support content development to ensure user readiness.
  • Continuous Improvement:Incorporate feedback and lessons learned from other plans based on evolving business & Reporting:Establish and report on key metrics (readiness indicators adoption rates etc.).Post-Implementation Support:Provide ongoing support post-release through office hours training updates and communication touchpoints.
