Proactively organize sales initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new strategies that drive sales growth and support business expansion.
Develop and implement a sales business plan to promote and sell services to existing and potential clients aiming to grow the customer base.
Arrange customer visits to present service packages and provide timely quotations.
Prepare and present the annual business revenue budget plan to regional and countrylevel management.
Consistently update and record all business development and sales activities in the CRM system.
Conduct monthly business development meetings and generate sales reports for analysis to identify strengths and growth opportunities.
Requirements
Holds a Diploma or Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 4 6 years of experience in the logistics industry.
Handson experience in endtoend logistics services including sea and air freight forwarding warehousing transportation container haulage customs clearance and international shipping solutions.
Strong understanding of logistics solution concepts with the ability to present and deliver valueadded service proposals to clients.
Proven leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in English and Malay is required; the ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
