Job Description
Designing: Creating the 2D 3D models using Architecture CAD software (AutoCAD Revit SketchUp etc) ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
Quality assurance: Ensuring the quality and consistency of design output reviewing models for accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
Client interaction: Engage with clients to understand their design preference and incorporate feedback into Designing process. Leading weekly governance meetings with client to provide updates on project progress discuss milestones achieved and address any client concerns or feedback.
Innovation: Explore and implement innovative approaches within Architecture CAD softwares to optimize modeling process increase efficiency and enhance overall designing process.
Resource management: Efficiently allocate resources manage workloads and optimize team productivity.
Zero error delivery to client
Must be good in communication skills (Must be proficient in English)
