Job Description
We are seeking a professional and organized Office Receptionist to join our team in Columbus OH. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff as needed
Support general administrative tasks such as filing data entry and document preparation
Monitor and order office supplies to maintain stock levels
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication across the office
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Proven experience as a receptionist administrative assistant or in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
